Orders placed with Y Si Si Wellness may be fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our suppliers. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates, when provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and transit times may vary by item, supplier, and destination. When tracking is available, we will provide it after the supplier ships your order. If you have a question about a shipment, contact us at azahel@live.com with your order number. Please do not contact a supplier or send an item back without first contacting us.
